隨著三代測序技術(shù)的發(fā)展和普及,全基因組測序技術(shù)也取得了長足發(fā)展;蚪MDNA文庫的制備質(zhì)量直接影響測序結(jié)果,因而基因組DNA的質(zhì)控越來越受到重視。而實(shí)驗(yàn)室常規(guī)的瓊脂糖凝膠電泳只能分離20kb以下的DNA分子,當(dāng)DNA分子大于20kb時(shí),就無法實(shí)現(xiàn)有效分離。
