4. PolyPIPosomes
PolyPIPosomes是聚合脂質(zhì)體，比傳統(tǒng)的脂質(zhì)體穩(wěn)定性更強(qiáng)(4°C 6個(gè)月以上)。
PolyPIPosomes上的生物素(Biotin)標(biāo)記有多種用途：可將PolyPIPosomes 固相化到Streptavidin 微粒上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn);可用Streptavidin-HRP 來(lái)檢測(cè)結(jié)合了蛋白或抗體的特定PolyPIPosomes; 可用熒光標(biāo)記了的Streptavidin來(lái)檢測(cè)結(jié)合了蛋白或抗體的特定PolyPIPosomes.
