NanoTemper, and the
Imperiali Lab (MIT) presents a streamlined workflow that integrates
dynamic light scattering (DLS) and
nanoDSF technology for efficient copolymer screening.
The application note demonstrates how the
NativeMP™ Screening Kit simplifies the solubilization and stabilization of challenging membrane proteins, ensuring optimal nanodisc formation and protein stability. By using DLS and nanoDSF with the
Prometheus Panta, researchers can rapidly identify the best copolymers, reducing both time and material needed for high-resolution cryo-EM studies.
This work highlights the versatility and efficiency of NativeMP™ copolymers across a wide range of applications, including structural biology, enzyme assays, and drug discovery.
