Dualex是一款源自于法國國家科學(xué)院 (CNRS)及巴黎第十一大學(xué)技術(shù),由奧地利PESSL公司生產(chǎn)(原法國Force-A公司)開發(fā)的新型多功能葉片測量儀。它可同時準確測量葉片的葉綠素含量、葉片表層的類黃酮和花青素含量,適用于植物生理學(xué)和農(nóng)學(xué)(如水稻葉綠素濃度,玉米氮素狀況,葡萄藤等)相關(guān)研究。

Using Spectral, Photosynthetic, Gas Exchange and Visually-Scored Data to Identify Ozone Stress in Soybean Crops
Abstract
Tropospheric ozone is damaging to crop yields and though there is uncertainty in future ozone levels, most models project increases in polluted regions throughout the 21st century as climate changes. Soybean is particularly vulnerable to ozone as it enters through its stomata and damages photosynthetic pathways, eventually leading to visual symptoms of stippling, chlorosis and necrosis. Early detection of ozone damage before visual symptoms are present may help with increasing crop yields. This study evaluates multiple St. Louis area plots of ozone tolerant and sensitive soybean varieties, Dwight and Pana, and examines the relationship between visual damages to plants through a scoring system of chlorosis and necrosis, photosynthetic and gas exchange parameters obtained with a Portable Photosynthesis System (Li-Cor LI3500-XT), chlorophyll, anthocyanin and flavonol content estimated with the Dualex Scientific, and spectral signatures of the leaves obtained with a Portable Spectroradiometer (Spectral Revolution PSR-3500). Correlations between spectral indices and stress indicating variables at various growing stages for each variety are examined as well as correlations between visual scoring of chlorosis and necrosis and spectral indices. Early growing season shows stronger correlations between photosynthesis parameters and spectral indices than late season, while stronger correlations between visual scoring of ozone damage and spectral indices are observed in later growing stages.
