[報(bào)告簡介]
外泌體是一類直徑約30-150 nm的細(xì)胞外囊泡,可攜帶RNA,DNA,蛋白質(zhì)、等多種信號分子,是一種新型的細(xì)胞間信號傳遞的媒介。在疾病的發(fā)生、診斷和治療中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但是對于外泌體進(jìn)行分析的手段卻非常有限,尤其是在單個(gè)外泌體的表征的分析以外泌體內(nèi)容物分析方面更加缺乏。美國NanoView Biosciences推出的全自動(dòng)外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)—ExoView R200,采用了全新的SP-IRIS技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對單個(gè)外泌體的全面表征,包括了外泌體的熒光成像、亞群粒徑檢測、計(jì)數(shù)、內(nèi)容物分析、蛋白共定位等。短短三年,在全世界范圍內(nèi)已有100多家實(shí)驗(yàn)室采用該設(shè)備,發(fā)表SCI近200篇,尤其在2022年使用Exoview在高水平期刊《Journal of Extracellular Vesicle》發(fā)表的文章已達(dá)到9篇!
2021年,Quantum Design中國子公司將Exoview R200引入中國,為國內(nèi)科研工作者提供了多層次和全面的外泌體表征解決方案,同時(shí)也被生物通評為“2021生命科學(xué)十大創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品”。 短短兩年時(shí)間,國內(nèi)已經(jīng)有多個(gè)單位使用全自動(dòng)外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)發(fā)表高水平文章。

[主講人介紹]
李寧,藥理學(xué)碩士,畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)。主要研究方向?yàn)樯镏扑幯邪l(fā)和高通量檢測。現(xiàn)任Quantum Design中國子公司產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理,主要負(fù)責(zé)全自動(dòng)外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用開發(fā)、技術(shù)溝通及市場拓展的工作。
