1.重組小鼠 GPR15L
產(chǎn)品描述:GPR15L is a newly identified ligand for GPR15, a member of the G protein‐coupled receptor (GPCR) family. Upon ligation, GPR15L acts as a potent chemoattractant for GPR15‐expressing T cells and together they mediate lymphocyte recruitment to the large intestine and skin. GPR15L is constitutively expressed by colon epithelial cells where its expression is minimally altered by intestinal inflammation. Conversely, GPR15L is nearly undetectable in adult epidermis but highly upregulated during wound healing and inflammation, particularly in psoriasis. Significant expression of GPR15L is also seen in additional mucosal epithelial cells, including those of the stomach, esophagus, and urinary tract. While maintaining similar expression patterns and intramolecular disulfide cysteine bridges found in members of the CC chemokine family, GPR15L differs from classic CC and CXC chemokines, whose active sites are found on the N‐terminus, in that it relies on its C‐terminus for receptor interaction. GPR15L was first identified as an antimicrobial peptide (AMP) due to its broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity, a property shared with many chemokines. GPR15L binds to an additional receptor, SUSD2, and early studies have indicated that both are downregulated in colon cancer tissue resulting in inhibited colon cancer growth. PeproTech’s E.coli‐derived Recombinant Murine GPR15L consists of 54 amino acid residues and has a calculated molecular weight of 6.3 kDa.

產(chǎn)品描述:Tissue factor is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the cytokine receptor superfamily that acts as a receptor for coagulation factor VII (fVII) to trigger initiation of the coagulation cascade in response to vascular injury. Expression of tissue factor occurs constitutively within most extravascular and perivascular cells and at high levels within critical organs and tissue. Tissue factor is not normally expressed freely on the surface of circulating blood cells due to its pro‐coagulant effect, but is instead stored on the surface of mononuclear and endothelial cells in microparticles that can shed into circulation in response to vascular injury, pro‐inflammatory cytokines, or microbial ligands. Tissue factor can also be shed into circulation by cancer cells where its expression in a number of cancer types has been linked to tumor progression, metastatic potential, thrombosis, and angiogenesis. Expression of tissue factor has been shown to be inducible by select cytokines in a number of cell types, including
IL‐1β and TNF‐α in vascular endothelial cells and macrophages, and TNF‐α, IL‐6, and FGF‐Basic in monocytes, among others. PeproTech’s CHO cell‐derived Recombinant Human Tissue Factor is a glycoprotein homodimer comprised of the 227‐amino‐acid length monomer containing a C‐terminal His‐Tag. It has a calculated molecular weight of approximately 25.8 kDa, and as a result of glycosylation, Recombinant Human Tissue Factor migrates with an apparent molecular mass of approximately 40‐50 kDa by SDS‐PAGE gel.

產(chǎn)品描述:Breast and Kidney‐expressed chemokine (BRAK) is a CXC chemokine expressed in normal tissue in the absence of inflammatory stimuli, and infrequently expressed in cancer cell lines. BRAK is known to be a highly selective monocyte chemoattractant. However, main function and receptor selectivity is unknown at this time. BRAK contains the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines. The sequence of the mature protein consists of 87 amino acid residues, and is approximately 30% homologous to the sequences of MIP‐2 α and β. Recombinant Murine BRAK (CXCL14) is a 9.4 kDa protein containing 77 amino acid residues.
