Job Description:
1. Provide instrument installation, maintenance, modification, repairing, checkup and training activities on the customer sites, service workshops or exhibitions;
2. Sell service contract and other service products in the area;
3. Provide supports for company activities such as seminar, user training, sales demo and exhibition;
4. Fill-in and submit the field service reports timely;
5. Response to customer's inquiries to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate;
6. Well learning the knowledge of assigned products. Especially understand the technical material coming from manufactory and service department.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree with major in Automation, Bioengineer or other related.
2. At least one year working experience in service field of medical device products.
3. With good communication skill and strong customer service sense
4. Fluent in English oral and writing
5. Excellence presentation skill
6. Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel)
7. Willingness to travel

Job Description:
1. Plan and implement the sales/marketing activities in the specified territory to achieve the annual sales target.
2. Keep in close contact with distributers and proactively support distributers on sales and marketing activites.
3. Develop and maintain good customer relationship, set up efficient communication channels, keep in close contact with customers, visit customer regularly.
4. Set up customer information database, and update the information regularly.
5. Understand demand from customers and propose strategy to develop different customers.
6. Ensure proper and timely submission of all regular reporting as required by the upper management and any other functions as assigned by Regional Manager.
7. Collecting and reporting sales and market problem and propose the solution.
8. Closely follow up market information including competitor information and feedback to headquarters.
9. Relative sales work like quotation, offer, negotiation, etc.
10. Review technical documents and related contracts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above of medicine and life science, at least 2 years working experience focusing on sales and marketing leading functions, experience in drug screening field or related is preferred
2. Excellent negotiating and networking skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills
3. Strong planning, organization, analytical and prioritization skills
4. Demonstrated decision-making skills in a complex environment
5. Flexibility, especially with regards to travel
6. Good written and verbal English communication, presentation skills
7. High energy level, full work commitment and responsibility
8. Honest, integrity and excellent self management skills.
