須為使用光學(xué)顯微成像系統(tǒng)拍攝得到的圖片，成像對象為生物學(xué)樣本。成像所使用的設(shè)備品牌、型號及圖像處理軟件不限。在尊重科學(xué)事實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，允許以更加明確的反映的圖片中的特殊科學(xué)信息為目的而進(jìn)行的圖像處理。在上傳參賽作品時(shí)，請盡量寫明參賽作品的相關(guān)信息如處理方法，成像設(shè)備名稱，細(xì)胞或組織類型等。本大賽以光學(xué)顯微成像的應(yīng)用為核心，主要對科研人員的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，圖像獲取，結(jié)構(gòu)識別和結(jié)果分析能力進(jìn)行評選，以提升廣大科研人員使用光學(xué)顯微成像技術(shù)在實(shí)驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用能力和水平。
