Poliovirus Receptor, commonly known as PVR, CD155, PVR, HVED, Nectin-like 5 and TAGE4, is a 70 kDa type I transmembrane single-span glycoprotein which belongs to the nectin-like(Necl) family and was originally identified based on its ability to mediate the cell attachment and entry of poliovirus (PV), an etiologic agent of the central nervous system disease poliomyelitis. CD155 contains three Ig-like extracellular domains, a transmembrane segment, and a cytoplasmic tail. The normal cellular function of CD155 maybe the involvement of intercellular adhension between epithelial cells. Alternate splicing of the CD155 mRNA yields four different isoforms(偽, 尾, 緯, and 未) with the identical extracellular domains.

Novoprotein Recombinant Human CD155/PVR produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp21-Asn343) of Human cd155 (Uniprot #P15151) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

·Quality Control

Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
 

Endotoxin:Less than 0.1ng/μg (1EU/μg) of CD155/PVR (Human)

·Formulation
  Novoprotein Recombinant Human ODF3 was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.

·Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human ODF3 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.

·Storage
Lyophilized Recombinant Human ODF3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human ODF3 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
