Secreted frizzled-related protein 2錛圫FRP2錛夛紝also known as FRP2 and SARP1, belongs to the secreted frizzled-related protein (sFRP) family. SFRP2 is highly expressed in adipose tissue, small intestine and colon. SFRP2 Contains one NTR domain and one FZ (frizzled) domain which is involved in binding with Wnt ligands.Secreted frizzled-related proteins (sFRPS) function as modulators of Wnt signaling through direct interaction with Wnts. They have a role in regulating cell growth and differentiation in specific cell types. SFRP2 may be important for eye retinal development and for myogenesis.

Novoprotein Recombinant Human sFRP-2 produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Leu25-Cys295) of Human sfrp-2 (Uniprot #Q96HF1) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

·Quality Control

Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
 

Endotoxin:Less than 0.1ng/μg (1EU/μg) of sFRP-2 (Human)

·Formulation
  Novoprotein Recombinant Human SFRP2 was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.

·Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human SFRP2 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.

·Storage
Lyophilized Recombinant Human SFRP2 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human SFRP2 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
