SLIT and NTRK-like protein 3(SLITRK3) is a member of the SLITRK family which are integral membrane proteins with 2 N-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains similar to those of SLIT proteins. SLITRK3 contains an N-terminal signal peptide, followed by 2 LRR domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain with a putative tyrosine phosphorylation site. Each LRR domain is flanked by cysteine-rich regions. SLITRK3 is expressed at higher levels in some astrocytic brain tumors such as strocytomas, oligodendrogliomas,glioblastomas, gangliogliomasandprimitive neuroectodermal tumors.

Novoprotein Recombinant Human SLITRK3/SLIT and NTRK-like protein 3 produced by mammalian cells expression system.Target protein is expressed with sequence (Thr29-Ser654) of Human slitrk3 (Uniprot #O94933) fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

·Quality Control

Purity: Greater than 90.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
 

Endotoxin:Less than 0.1ng/μg (1EU/μg) of SLITRK3/SLIT and NTRK-like protein 3 (Human)

·Formulation
  Novoprotein Recombinant Human SLITRK3 was lyophilized at 1mg/ml in 20mM PBS.

·Reconstitution
We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution of Novoprotein Recombinant Human SLITRK3 in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to working solutions.

·Storage
Lyophilized Recombinant Human SLITRK3 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Recombinant Human SLITRK3 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable up to 3 months below -18°C for future use.
