產(chǎn)品活性：Ticlopidine (PCR 5332) 是一種抗血栓前藥，作為非競爭性的變構(gòu) CD39 抑制劑，IC₅₀ 為 81.7 M。Ticlopidine 阻斷 NTPDase 同工酶，對 NTPDase2 和 NTPDase3 的 IC₅₀ 分別為 170 M 和 149 M。Ticlopidine 是 CYP2C19 人肝細(xì)胞色素的抑制劑。Ticlopidine 抑制 CYP2C9 和 CYP3A4，IC₅₀ 值分別為 26.0 和 32.3 μM。

In Vitro: Ticlopidine exhibits activity against human CD39 with apparent K_i,app values of 14 M.
Ticlopidine inhibits recombinant human CD39 expressed in COS-7-cells with the K_i value of 127±12M.
Growth rate is affected during the first days of culture, Ticlopidine (30 and 150 M) reducing its effect in the following days.

In Vivo: Oral administration of Losartan with 10 mg/kg Ticlopidine significantly increases the AUC (by 65.0%), suggesting that Ticlopidine can effectively inhibit the metabolism of losartan in the intestine and/or liver.
