Simply fill the Histo-Cool boxes with tissue blocks to be sectioned, cover with the included lid, and stack them atop one another in your laboratory freezer. When ready to section, just remove the Histo-Cool container from the freezer, place right next to your sectioning station, and enjoy the luxury of ice cold blocks for hours! Available in blue (holds up to 30 blocks) and red (holds up to 20 blocks and has an insulating foam base). Blue Histo-Cool measures 12.5"L x 8.25"W x 3.75"H externally, and 10.25"L x 6.25"W x 2"D internally. Red Histo-Cool measures 8.5"L x 8"W x 2.75"H externally, and 6.875"L x 6.375"W x 1.5"D internally.
