                                       近年來(lái),外泌體的研究熱度持續(xù)攀升,已成為當(dāng)前生命科學(xué)和基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究的一大熱點(diǎn)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在 2023 年國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金獲批項(xiàng)目中,外泌體研究相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的總數(shù)近 390 個(gè),立項(xiàng)的總金額突破 1.5 億元。

                                       全自動(dòng)外泌體熒光檢測(cè)分析系統(tǒng)是一款無(wú)需純化、全自動(dòng)的可對(duì)單個(gè)外泌體進(jìn)行表征分析的全新設(shè)備。該設(shè)備能夠提供全面的外泌體表征信息,包括外泌體粒徑大小、計(jì)數(shù)、分布、攜帶蛋白表達(dá)、生物標(biāo)志物(CD9,CD81,CD63等)共定位等。設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)單,結(jié)果可靠,有效降低了實(shí)驗(yàn)操作難度,提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)效率。短短三年,在世界范圍內(nèi)已有100多家實(shí)驗(yàn)室采用該設(shè)備,包括了著名的哈佛大學(xué)、約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)、洛杉磯兒童醫(yī)院、麻省總醫(yī)院、東京工業(yè)大學(xué)、首爾大學(xué)、新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)、大阪大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)、西安交通大學(xué)、中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)、重慶大學(xué)等,發(fā)表SCI已超過(guò)280篇,其中不乏頂級(jí)期刊如Cell、Nature、Journal   of Extracellular Vesicles、Cancer Research、Nanoscale、ACS Nano、BMJ journal、Brain Behavior Immunity、Trends in Cancer等。
