職位名稱：ELISPOT產(chǎn)品專員 （Product Specialist）

主要職責：
1. 負責公司ELISPOT產(chǎn)品的售前、售后技術支持, 及時處理用戶的問題咨詢和反饋；
2. 充分了解并定期反饋市場和客戶需求，建立產(chǎn)品應用檔案；
3. 負責用戶及代理商的技術培訓，配合代理商進行重點客戶維護，協(xié)助其完成銷售目標；
4. 配合及組織公司產(chǎn)品的市場推廣活動，如學術會議、技術講座等；
5. 及時了解最新的ELISPOT進展和應用信息，參與產(chǎn)品宣傳資料及技術資料編制；

崗位要求：
1. 免疫學、醫(yī)學或生物學等相關專業(yè)，碩士及以上學歷優(yōu)先考慮；
2. 有相關工作（免疫學領域技術支持、市場或銷售）經(jīng)驗或ELISPOT實驗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
3. 良好的口頭和書面英語能力，能夠閱讀免疫學、基礎醫(yī)學相關的文獻；
4. 工作積極主動，責任心強，誠實敬業(yè)，良好的語言表達及溝通能力，具有服務意識及合作精神；
5. 能適應出差.

工作地點：北京，上�；蚰暇�

Responsibilities:
1. Provides pre-sales technical support and post-sales training and troubleshooting for ELISPOT products.
2. Identify market opportunities and customer requirements, create products application information.
3. Provides technical training to dealers and collaborates with them on key customers’ follow-up, provides product demonstration and application support to customers, and finally closes the cases with dealers. 
4. Attends and organizes marketing activities, like scientific meetings and workshops.
5. Collects new trends and new applications, and prepares technical materials.

Requirements:
1. Major in immunology, medicine and biology, Master degree is preferred.
2. Working experience of technical support, marketing, sales in immunology and medical field is preferred. Hands-on experience of ELISPOT assays is preferred.
3. Good oral and writing English, able to read scientific articles.
4. Positive and initiative, responsible and honest, good presentation and communication skills, good service consciousness and team spirit.
5. Able and willing to travel.
