大蒜素
大蒜素是大蒜中主要的生物活性化合物。它產(chǎn)生不同的生物效應(yīng),包括抗惡性細(xì)胞增殖,化學(xué)預(yù)防,抗氧化作用,抗高血脂和降壓作用。研究已證明大蒜素可以抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)。

蘿卜硫素
從西蘭花里提取出來(lái)的手性天然產(chǎn)品。也是phase II 酶的誘導(dǎo)劑。在室溫下,它是淡黃色粘稠液體。它的異硫氰酸鹽基團(tuán)與質(zhì)子溶劑如水和乙醇反應(yīng)形成相應(yīng)的硫代氨基甲酸酯。它和半胱氨酸和谷胱甘肽上的巰基反應(yīng)形成二硫代氨基甲酸酯(偶聯(lián)物)。
