The conference “High Throughput Biology - Genomics and Epigenomics” aims to capture the rapid developments in recent years in DNA sequencing technologies and imaging techniques that are accelerating the pace of biological discoveries, in particular in the area of genomcis and epigenomics. This year’s conference, the 2nd in its series, will feature the keynote speaker Lucy Shapiro, a renowned molecular biologist and systems biologist, from Stanford University, and 24 other invited speakers from seven countries working on a diverse set of subjects, including, regulatory genomics, single cell genomics, chromatin architecture, high throughput functional genomics, and systems biology. A large number of oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Major Topics:
- Single Molecule Analysis
- High Throughput Functional Genomics
- High Throughput Genome Manipulations
- Large-scale Genomic and Proteomic Analysis
