Application and Technical Support Engineer
工作地點(diǎn):蘇州。
Degree: Minimum BEng or BSc level. 2 years as service, support or production engineer within scientific instruments industry, ideally microscopy or laser photonics. Sales experience preferred.
學(xué)歷:理工科本科及以上,在科學(xué)儀器行業(yè)(最好是顯微鏡或者光電行業(yè))有約2年作為客服,維修或者生產(chǎn)工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Essential Skills:
必須要求:
· Good language and communication skills, in both Chinese and English.
有良好的中文和英文語(yǔ)言和溝通能力。
· Service engineer skills including failure analysis, soldering, harnessing, electrical and mechanical assembly etc.
有服務(wù)維修工程師的能力:故障分析,使用烙鐵,接線,機(jī)械部件和電子部件的安裝維修等。
· Organised, able to efficiently schedule trips to maximize customer visits, driving license required.
可以適應(yīng)出差,并自己安排最有效的出差日程,有駕照。
· Overnight travel is required. The ability to get a VISA to the UK and USA is required.

Job Duties:

· Responsible for product introduction, demonstration and application training.
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的推介、演示和應(yīng)用培訓(xùn)。
· Answer and resolve customer’s product enquiry and technical issues effectively, producing support material for customers.
及時(shí)有效的解答和解決客戶關(guān)于產(chǎn)品或者技術(shù)的相關(guān)問題,整理支持文檔。
· Manage demo instruments in Prior China.
負(fù)責(zé)Prior中國(guó)樣機(jī)的管理
· Carry out repair or upgrade works on RMA instrument from clients.
返修設(shè)備的維修或技術(shù)升級(jí)工作。
· Work alongside with sales, distributors and other stakeholders to support business development.
與銷售,代理商和其它相關(guān)部門配合,支持公司的銷售增長(zhǎng)。

· Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Typically involves booth set up and breakdown along with customer meetings and sales support in the booth

· Liaising with other members of the organization to solve problems
